Day 2!

So day 1 was a bit of a bust, and apparently so was Day 2 - however I did come upon a breakfast that works for me: rice with a handful or so of frozen veg and a hard boiled egg on the side.
Work drove me to eat a lot of chocolate today, and some home things are making my head spin, but I AM inputting bits of yoga throughout my day - even did some planks in my cubicle!

Here is the video I did this morning to help limber up:
I had another back strain on Saturday, so I wasn't able to do much - but each time I do even a little bit, it really helps!

By Wednesday I'll be fully on track and maybe even able to share my "What I Ate Wednesday".
